AM and PM/Overnight Shifts Available
The Resident Assistant provides a wide range of activity programs based on a resident’s abilities and interests. This position arranges daily and individual activities that incorporate laughter, song, music, interaction and cognitive stimulation with a personalized, warm approach. The Resident Assistant provides residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with established policies and procedures including providing cues and assistance during meals, cueing during ADLs such as during bath time, getting dressed, exercising, restroom breaks and helping to provide for the general comfort and wellness of dementia and Alzheimer’s residents.

Qualifications:
Previous experience working with individuals who have dementia, preferred
High School Diploma, or equivalent
CPR Certified, preferred
