At The Oaks at Bartlett, we offer memory care assistance in a safe, serene neighborhood environment designed to enrich the lives of men and women living with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and other cognitive challenges.
We base care on a social model that provides a structured day full of programs designed to engage residents in meaningful ways. Our person-centered care plans ensure a familiar and comfortable routine while providing social, cognitive and physical involvement in various activities and rehab exercises. We honor the wishes of residents who prefer private, quiet time throughout their day as well.
Residents enjoy delicious, family-style meals in our warm country kitchen setting. An open common area offers opportunities for recreation and time to visit with fellow-residents and family members.
Residents are encouraged to decorate their studio residences with personal items or keepsakes. Residences have a view of our Carillon bell tower, a wooded area, or garden. Our indoor walking area and secure outdoor garden paths provide peaceful spaces for calm and quiet contemplation.

Respite Care Options.
Respite care offers potential new residents a way to experience our community without making a long-term commitment. Sometimes it can be hard to know which senior living community is right for you. By participating in Respite Care at our beautiful Healthcare Center, you’ll get to know the friendly staff, form friendships with our welcoming residents, and enjoy our naturally beautiful environment. Many of our current residents have fallen in love with The Oaks through a stay in Respite Care.
